The site plan amendment of the Bonaventure Resort & Spa will consist of four (4), twelve (12) story buildings, with a total of 488 additional residential units, one twelve (12) story hotel with 342 rooms and a five (5) story parking garage.
This will negatively impact the citizens of Weston by adding more traffic to our already congested streets, more pressure on an already over crowded school system, in addition to a myriad of issues that come with such a development. The development will bring an unsightly concrete jungle to the edges of Weston. Let's keep Weston the way it was intended.
