Costa Coffee Boutique has been a small local coffee establishment since 1971, serving coffee to the local community and tourists in Victoria. It is one of the oldest coffee shops in London and still holds all of its original tiling, character and features. It was where the Costa chain all started. Some of our customers have been visiting the shop since their childhood and we are on first name terms with most of our regulars.

Costa Coffee Boutique has had its tables and chairs outside the shop premises since the business started - over 40 years ago. On the 4th January 2016, we were asked by Westminster Council, to remove the  tables and chairs, until we receive a licence. 

Our application was submitted on the 8th January 2016 with full payment, architects drawings and supporting documentation. We were advised that the issue would be resolved by the 2nd February 2016. Unfortunately on the 19th February 2016, we were informed that the application had not been processed. 

Please kindly, sign this petition, to provide your support, in bringing back our tables and chair.

We need the tables and chairs back, as it is effecting our business, on an hourly and daily basis. Our long standing customers are left without somewhere to sit and enjoy their coffee.
