If elected, will you immediately introduce regulatory legislation for Western Sydney
International Airport equivalent to that operating at Kingsford Smith Airport (KSA)? Please

NB: Residents of Eastern Sydney have the above protections at KSA since 1995 and
Western Sydney and Blue Mountains residents are being refused comparable protections.

Will you commit to an independent 20-year, expert conducted longitudinal study of the impacts of Western Sydney International Airport and its associated flightpaths on the ecology, flora and fauna of the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area and
Burragorang State Conservation Area, with baseline data collected prior to the airport
opening in 2026?

Will you commit to an integrated redesign of flight paths of aircraft, from all airports
(Camden, Bankstown, RAAF Richmond, KSA, WSI), impacting the Greater Sydney Basin,
the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area, Blue Mountains National Park and the Burragorang State Conservation Area prior to the opening of the Western Sydney Airport in 2026?

Will you commit to an independent 20-year, expert conducted longitudinal study of the mental and physical health impacts of Western Sydney International Airport and its associated flight paths, with baseline data collected prior to the airport opening in 2026? Are there any other strategies you would put in place to protect human health?

Do you support and will you advocate for the development a new regulatory framework for airports, aircraft noise standards at ground level and air pollution that prioritises the safety, health and wellbeing of people and nature over commercial interests across Australia?

� Restrict flights of aircraft over World Heritage Areas and areas of high biodiversity,
including Burragorang State Conservation Area, to a minimum height of 30,000 feet,

currently proposed that these areas will be overflown by aircraft from Western
