Tonya Ave is an Orphan Road located in Wood County. There is no ownership of this road, so the road has been neglected for many years. It is in dire need of repair. It is the only accessible road for over a thousand residents. This includes four apartment complexes, one mobile home community, a private residence, as well as a business. There is also a drainage problem that is causing further deterioration to the road which is creating hazardous driving conditions. There are various large potholes, uneven pavement, and fragments of pavement covering the road. We have been trying for years to receive assistance in this matter with no results.
