I am starting this petition because as of May 8, 2015, West Monroe Animal Patrol came onto my property and impounded two of my dogs, stating "I picked them up in the street." Also, there will be a petition to remove a neighbor off Miller St in West Monroe because of the complaints she has filed against pet owners in the neighborhood.  Bowser was illegally impounded for being off leash in my front yard May 8, 2015,  around 4:30pm along with Minnie Mouse, his daughter.  This petition is a cease and desist order for the West Monroe Animal Patrol, to stop impounding pets off private properties just to meet quota.
