During the February 19th meeting for the West Creek West Hills HOA, the inspector of election denied 42 valid proxies for the election. With video evidence he said we did not reach quorum and would not return the proxies to their rightful owner to investigate why they were denied.

After weeks and weeks of back and forth immediately after the meeting, the denied proxies were verified to be valid and a count of ballots was demanded. The current sitting HOA Board and with the aid of PMP have denied a right and juste election every step of the way for months and months.

The HOA and PMP recently sent out a letter full of lies and miss truths about the election process. Their blatant tactics to delay the opening of these ballots for months. This is a prime example of voter suppression, and we as a community cannot allow that to happen.

Please sign this petition so we can demand that our voices be heard. We are only asking for what is right and fair. We cannot let the sitting Board and PMP get away with denying our rightful votes.

**UPDATE**

We still need more signatures from residents in the community. We are hoping that with enough signatures we can call for an emergency Board meeting to open the ballots. In opening the ballots, we can have new members on the Board. That will be more open to our ideas, namely opening the pool and making our vendors accountable for their wasteful spending.
