Flora fine wines (was moreno wines)  was granted a pavement licence in order to have alfresco seating from 12th April. The licence was granted but then suspended as the proposed site is a motorbike bay. The bay is for 30 bikes. So the suggestion is to reduce the bay in order for us to have pavement licence and then have alfresco seating. The moreno family have been trading at 11 Maryland’s road, W9 2DU since 1968. We are an independent family run Spanish wine shop, and tapas bar and can only stay open if we get this pavement licence. We have been part of the community and the parade of shops here for over 52 years and serve the local community as well as keeping our parade of shops Alive.
