Representative Bill Pascrell Jr. is the Co-Chairman of The Congessional Law Enforcement Caucus along with Representative John Rutherford. The Caucus has 135 Representatives total and 30 of those Representatives are not cosponsors of H.R. 82 Social Security Fairness Act.The Law Enforcement Caucus is a bipartisan working group of Members of Congress who seek an open forum to address issues affecting the law enforcement community.

H.R. 82 and S. 1302 are to major bills in Congress aim to repeal Windfall Elimination Provision and Government Pension Offset. The reduction of Social-Security benefits has the greatest affects on the retired law enforcement community.

These 30 members should be removed from The Congressional Law Enforcement Caucus and be replaced with Representatives that follow their Caucus mission and supporters of H.R. 82. 

The National Fraternal Order Police supports H.R. 82 and S. 1302 and should call for the removal of these Representatives from the Congressional Law Enforcement Caucus and also Senators that don't support both of these companion bills for Social Security Fairness Act, along with citizens and other organizations that are affected by WEP and GPO.
