The travel industry needs tax incentives to create demand, not limit funding to only the supply side.  Please read the below proposed personal and corporate Welcome Back Travel Tax Incentive (WBTTI) :

-100% of airfare and hotel stay spend for leisure travel will be tax deductible for 2020
-50% of airfare and hotel stay spend booked in 2020 for 2021 will be tax deductible for 2020
-Businesses who book corporate travel in 2020 will receive a 25% tax credit for all air and hotel stay spend, in addition to their normal T/E write downs 
-Businesses who host meetings in 2020 or 2021 will receive a 25% per event tax credit on total event spend
