I believe the scientist who discovered the Seagull did not use the proper term to describe this extraordinary creature. 

Eagles are birds that soar very similar to Seagulls. So you can say Seagulls are Sea Eagles. Sea + Eagle equals the word Seagle. I, a representative of your modern-day american, personally believe that it will make all of our lives drastically different if we as a society change this word. 

It wouldn’t be a difficult change, just change it. We can do this. If we can get the term muggle, a word referring to a non-magical human in the books and movies harry potter, then we can change Seagull to Seagle. As generation Z rises to become adults, we start to see that we ourselves want to see change in this world. I want to see change by changing this word. It’s amazing to see how far the english language has come but it can be launched every further with this change. 

So, Webster’s Dictionary I call on to you to change Seagull to Seagle. Also, The Board of Education I call on to y’all to start teaching the future generations to spell Seagull, Seagle. I’m only 14 years old but the world I want is a better world, a beautiful world, and a world where Seagull is spelled Seagle.
