Who doesn't love carrot cake?  And Trader Joe's Karat Cake is the best. Just the right size, moist and incredibly delicious. Customer Service claims it was discontinued due to slow sales but internet reviews show it was incredibly popular. Please help convince Trader Joe's to bring back their Karat Cake!
