Dotloop is a platform that many brokers in New Mexico use for transaction management. NM brokers currently using Dotloop are paying out of pocket to use the platform because of the features, capabilities and organization it brings to their business. The Dotloop platform has proven to be reliable and a versatile tool that allows users to stay organized and manage multiple transactions at a high level. 

The NMAR Executive Committee has recently decided to stop licensing NMAR forms to Dotloop beginning October 2023. We are respectfully asking that the NMAR Executive Committee reconsider their decision and allow licensing of NMAR forms to Dotloop. 

Using NMAR forms in Dotloop after October 2023 will cause all current users to be in violation of NMAR's registered copyright regardless of whether you uploaded the NMAR docs to the platform yourself or pay for the use of the platform outright.
