My fellow Colorado residents and I feel a deep disconnect with our elected officials. We are particularly concerned that Representative Lauren Boebert and Gabe Evans have not been available for open, public dialogues with their constituents. There is a concerning lack of communication and this needs to be addressed urgently.

We believe that inviting Minnesota Governor Tim Walz to Colorado to hold a town hall meeting could be a powerful signal to our representatives. This move would show them the importance of open dialogue, transparency, and communication with the citizens they are supposed to represent.

The sense of feeling heard, of having a platform to voice our concerns, is curiously missing. As citizens, we have the right to expect transparency and accessibility from our elected officials.
