From the community of webcam models that work on the Chaturbate platform, we want to say that we are tired of their support team not responding to our emails!! They prevent us from continuing to work when they sanction us and do not give us our right to appeal. They respond to our requests with automated messages, which is too rude of them. Days, weeks and months pass and continue without an advisor responding to our requests. It is as if they do not have enough staff to attend to the large number of requests that must reach them daily. They boast of being one of the best adult streaming platforms but they treat the models with the cold shoulder. They do not sanction the model who generates a lot of income (and if they did, they would respond to their requests quickly), but the model who is looking for ways to grow her account does. For all of the above, WE DEMAND (as models who keep their platform up and running) that we are please treated like PEOPLE and if we were cattle without the right to give an opinion.
