Former Finance Minister Andrej Babiš in 2016 when OKD was put into a falsely declared bankruptcy and please remember that OKD should have exited that bankruptcy in 2016 under all applicable laws about 4-5 month’s later by October 2016.

Agrofert also benefited from China past impressive growth too just like coal look at the growth in Fertiliser price in 2006 as it go upwards like a rocket in 2006 due to market prices.

Czech Republic prosecutor proclaiming Czech state lost 5. 7 billion czk. Its not possible when thermal coal at the time in Czech Government documents quote thermal coal prices around $26.75 and coking coal around $50-$60 . Note the current 29th September 2018 pricing of thermal coal is $101+ and coking coal around $200+!.
So it seems it's now a fact that the Czech government got 55.4% of value of what Bakala paid for the whole (100%) OKD which is 7.4 billion czk.
Which is all the evidence and is indisputable in any reasonable Court on this Planet.
That the Czech Republic in 2004 privatisation sale of OKD sold it's remaining minority 45.88% shareholding in OKD and received at or above market prices that was 4.1 billion czk and is proof and a fact that can not be changed.
Except allegedly maybe to Tomáš Černý prosecution in the May 2018 court case below which he lost and then it seems foolishly appealed?..
