We do have a very good lawyer in Prague that is willing to take on our case in regards to the the theft of OKD from us minority shareholders!.
Bad point is we will be needing at least 3000+ euro/ 85,000czk for the lawyer to study our case. Possibility of smaller amount of money later for translation of documents, travel, lawyer bills, etc. The lawyer will also want 10% in fees for our OKD case. I will send a email receipt in return. And I promise all the money will only be used for the Czech lawyer to fight for us and for the theft of OKD by the Czech Government from us minority shareholders!. This is because our lawyer does not want to deal with hundreds and possibly thousands of minority shareholders on an individual basis and he must report Vat tax on each transaction.
At this stage there is around 20 minority shareholders who we are in contact by the way of emails.
I have pledged the most of the group at a minimum of 20,000czk and most likely will increase the amount to our OKD cause for the lawyers. We may pursue this smaller group first but it's undecided at this time. (25th July 10,000Czk, another 10,000czk and Possibly 20,000 to later be pledged)

We know OKD was put in a false Bankruptcy on the 3rd of May 2016. The debts for OKD where not due at the time of the claimed bankruptcy. The large majority of debts for OKD and New World Resources where PIK “Payment In Kind” and in truth they could have kept growing for years as it was only on paper and or the possible later conversion of that PIK debt to more shares. In May 2016 there was no debts outstanding for OKD to be paid if I am lying the Administrator Lee Louda would have proved it by now!!!. We all know Bakala and the former OKD/NWR directors where incompetent for many years and especially at the time of bankruptcy as they where all unwilling to sell OKD's own 800,000 tonne coal stock pile/ dump that sat unused and mostly idle since 2012/11.
Its a fact back in 2016 that coal prices in April 2016 increased due to China restricting the working days all coal miners from 330 days to 276 for all coal miners!.
By Q4 October 2016 coking coal contracts had massive increases to $200usd/180euro a tonne.
No on to Lee Louda's behaviour which I am alleging needs to be investigated and we will need soon to look at formal complaints in all matters about OKD.
Czech Law, European, International laws, and Insolvency laws all called for a logical and common sense debt reduction.
This did not happen as we all know. Paskov was shut-down when it was under Lee Louda and the insolvency courts in Ostrava and Olomouc control. 3000 people lost there jobs and the Czech Republic lost it's highest grade Mid Vol coking coal mine
At the time of Paskov's closure coking coal had just peaked at world record breaking pricing in Euro-terms over the first 3 month's of 2017. The Paskov mine had been operating and producing coking coal for over 52 years.
Also the more recent alleged theft of OKD by a part communist controlled Czech Government. Previously Bakala had used alleged fraud on us minority shareholders.
And later now it's the Czech Government's so called nationalisation of OKD. This feels the same type of thievery to us minority shareholders.
