We are human beings and normal people and we are telling you the supportors of this new Investigative Commission into OKD that includes the majority of Czech Politicians that we have had enough of your alleged deliberate time consuming games and postponing the truth. We allege that Bakala is a free man and a multi billionaire thanks to your inactions . Questions must be asked why you the Czech Politicians and Senators are unwilling to organise for the extradition of Zdeněk Bakala from Switzerland?. While we poor Minority shareholders of New World Resources human beings suffer because you want to play an alleged long game of deceit, double dealing, misinformation, disinformation, inaction in regards to OKD!!!. To all the nameless Czech sycophants who will do anything to further their careers in regards to OKD. Your so new called investigative commission OKD will fail. Your Captain “ Lukáš Černohorský” who has a letter of marque from the Czech government against it's alleged own peoples view in regards to OKD will fail!. Only 29% in a recent Czech Survey found you will find someone accountable. That really tells it all. We are not stupid, and we all know as in regards to the other previous investigations into OKD it will prove nothing illegal to be found. ( Except maybe the 44,000+ Apartments and land past contracts. Ostrava apartments were in my opinion worth on the market at lot more than the sold/given price of 40,000Czk to Lord purport Bakala. But these apartments have never belonged to NWR) Nameless Czech sycophants who are not very intelligent in my opinion that are all waiting for a decline. But they still don't get it. You will be waiting many years for especially coking coal and secondly thermal coal prices to decline like in 2014 until early 2016. I am not your teacher or an expert in coal. But unbelievably I get it most of the time correct so just maybe you should listen and learn something right at this very minute. Yes you reading this petition on the 20th January 2018 China controls the game especially in Coking coal!. Note Shanxi province is the largest producer in the “WORLD of Coking coal”!. Coking coal mines take many years to build and cost many hundreds of millions or billions of euro to become operational. China's National Development and Reform Commission who controls the coking coal mines production. And in the past issued the production restriction allowing miners to operate for only 276 days and the prior 330 days work rule. This Commission has the most control over Coking coal prices in the world. I have personally given you many average costs for Chinese coking coal mines( Around 120usd Jan 2016. Look at my letters posted online so you and the whole world can see OKD/NWR 6th January 2016 letter). OKD has top secret hidden cash costs around 60 euro/ 73.33 us dollars a tonne. OKD Coking coal cash costs are very good. But thermal coal cash costs for produced coal equivalent is high. As you can see in my letter from 2014 to NWR/OKD. The same applies to the future years of OKD. Thermal coal will be replaced more and more by renewable s like solar power, wind, hydro, geo thermal, batteries,lithium. So the “Incompetence” in regards to the running of OKD must stop. If not for us the unloved minority shareholders . Then please carefully consider the 9500 employees that are still left working at OKD. Please listen Czech Courts, politicians, Senators, Media, Lee louda, creditors committee, Supervisory board of OKD. THE THIEVERY OF OKD MUST STOP!!!. JUSTICE MUST BE BROUGHT UPON ZDENEK BAKALA!!. Zdeněk Bakala is still living in his Switzerland Mansion on lake Geneva like a King, smoking his lavish cigars smirking and laughing at our misfortune . With billions of euro dollars that he plundered from the Czech Republic and companies like New World Resources and OKD. Answer: It can not be possible surely. We alleged that Bakala must be protected by some very high up sycophants in Czech Politics?. Why are so their so many nameless Czech Politicians that seem to only have interest in allegedly stealing back OKD when they sold it at market prices many years ago in 2004 and the 1990s?. We the minority shareholders of New World Resources and all who have signed this petition. Once again please and humbly ask that for all matters concerning OKD to be made public by the authorities, by the means of an online Publication of all the information. To ensure we the minority shareholders as human beings have our rights protected. And for all the Czech people to have their fundamental rights to learn the truth, so the public knows about all the matters in regards of OKD!. We the minority shareholders also believe and ask that the new investigate commission into OKD. 1. To call all Czech Senators and Politicians for an emergency meeting. And to arrange and make it happen for the immediate extradition of Zdeněk Bakala from Switzerland. He must be returned to Czech Republic to answer for alleged crimes and explain how he got the alleged 6? Billion euro he is rumoured to be worth. And the former OKD 44,000 apartment contract to be released publicly and censored if needed. 2. That all politicians, and Union Officials are included in the commission even the current serving ones. To find out who is allegedly responsible for closing down highly profitable OKD coal mines. And who at the top is giving the alleged orders!. 3. Lee Louda Administrator, creditors committee, supervisory board of OKD should also be investigated for being allegedly incompetent and shutting down a profitable Pakov. And also for their future plans of closing down the currently highly profitable Lazy, Darkov, and CSM mines. OKD and the thievery from us the minority shareholders of New World Resources, now a subject that must be investigated by the Commission. Almost 2 years have now past and still no criminal's charged especially Mr Bakala. Questions must and should be asked why this has this not happened!. So when will you all the alleged nameless sycophants stop lying. I don't think it's even possible and I personally doubt it will ever stop.  OKD must be returned to us the rightful owners or compensation paid as we are not and can not be held responsible for other peoples alleged crimes or of gross incompetence. And what will the Czech Media stories be about next is a good question. Are they still scared of alleged wannabe communists, who knows but they are showing some signs of interest. The truth will one day be told especially about OKD being so highly profitable ( 400+ million euro is my assumption from 1st October 2016 until now 20th January 2018 for OKD's net profit!) And why the closing down of highly profitable OKD coal mines, that must be stopped. Paskov can still be saved, before it's to late. And OKD's Future is Frenštát with that massive 1.700,000,000 tonne resource of coking and or black coal mining this project could easily become a long life mine for 50 – 100+ years!!!.
