We the minority shareholders who have signed this petition also call for all the Union Officials related or that have members within OKD to be investigated by the Commission for alleged collusion, coercing, controlling, and political donations . And to find why and how so many alleged nameless Union officials have gotten so much power in regards to the alleged incompetent management of OKD and their control over political parties. And why the Unions allowed Paskov MV Coking coal mine that had became highly profitable in the past to be closed down and why almost 3000 employees lost their jobs. OKD employees have been betrayed by a few alleged nameless Union Officials. OKD has currently around 9500 employees no where near the 13,000 from just over a year ago. OKD is a highly profitable coking coal producer with record pricing achieved in euro terms over the first quarter or Q1 2017. Hold on when did the 9500 workers you represent at OKD get a fair pay rise??. Are you still working on it???. And so you should, I leave you alone so you can get right on it hey. Back In 2014 if we the Minority shareholders didn't save OKD . OKD bankruptcy at the time would have been terminal “The END” of OKD. I am the owner who started this petition and on behalf of my fellow petition signers and minority shareholders of New World Resources . We are choosing to showing the whole world that we will not stand by and let the alleged nameless people ( sycophants) within the Czech Republic sell our assets of OKD to OKD Nástupnická for 3+ million euro/ 80 million CZK Czech krone. I am making an assumption, and I do believe that OKD net profits from the period starting from the 1st October 2016(Q32016) until today the 13th January 2018 are estimated to be above 400,000,000 euro!!!. So where else in the world can you get an alleged Government company called Prisko to buy out OKD and only have to pay 3+ million euro for such a highly profitable company. OKD I speculate allegedly makes more profit than 3 million euro in a few days. Obviously some alleged nameless dishonest people have no shame to lie, and use thievery over OKD. Next Subject, Great to finally see at least one politician stand up and talk about the shambles that Czech Politics has become at the moment. And the most obsessive chatter about OKD. Sorry only my opinion but who is running the Czech Republic. Their is still no Captain???. Or has the minority Government yet to be formed, guess it's not really important enough to run the Country!. 13th January 2018 The facts are still showing that, Zdeněk Bakala still lives in his Switzerland Mansion on lake Geneva living like a King, smoking his lavish cigars smirking and laughing at our misfortune . With billions of euro dollars that he plundered from the Czech Republic and companies like New World Resources and OKD. Answer: When I see Bakala arrested and in hand cuffs and returned to the Czech Republic to answer for his alleged crimes. When and if that day comes I will be ecstatic and so will be almost every Czech citizen and we will all cheer together for that day when we will have hope of Justice. We the minority shareholders of New World Resources and all who have signed this petition. Once again please and humbly ask that for all matters concerning OKD to be made public by the authorities, by the means of an online Publication of all the information. To ensure we the minority shareholders as human beings have our rights protected. And for all the Czech people to have their fundamental rights to learn the truth, so the public knows about all the matters in regards of OKD!. We the minority shareholders also believe that if a new investigate commission is to take place into OKD.  1. That all politicians, and Union Officials are included even the current serving ones. To find out who is allegedly responsible for closing down highly profitable OKD coal mines. And who at the top is giving the alleged orders!. 2. Lee Louda Administrator, creditors committee, supervisory board of OKD should also be investigated for being allegedly incompetent and shutting down a profitable Pakov. And also for their future plans of closing down the currently highly profitable Lazy, Darkov, and CSM mines. OKD and the thievery from us the minority shareholders of New World Resources, now a subject that should really be investigated by the Commission. Almost 2 years have now past and still no criminal's charged especially Mr Bakala. Questions must and should be asked why this has this not happened!. So when will you all the alleged nameless sycophants stop lying. I don't think it's even possible and I personally doubt it will ever stop. OKD must be returned to us the rightful owners or compensation paid as we are not and can not be held responsible for other peoples alleged crimes or of gross incompetence. And what will the Czech Media stories be about next is a good question. Are they still scared of alleged wannabe communists, who knows but they are showing some signs of interest. The truth will be told especially about OKD being so highly profitable!. And why the closing down of highly profitable OKD coal mines that must be stopped.
