Well this is my opinion but what would I know as I am only part Czech, with many Czech friends and 114 petition signers. And I am only a little Minority shareholder of New World resources who started this petition for my fellow human beings who are only normal people and we have personally suffered a long game of deceit, double dealing, from nameless sycophants!!!. Especially nameless Czech politicians with there new investigation commission in regards to OKD. The truth is OKD privatisation started in 1990 “Czechoslovakia”!!!.

So in 1990 citizens could buy into the “Czechoslovakia voucher privatisation” for a 1000KC only a “Czech” o “Slovakian” citizen could buy a voucher book. And then use those vouchers to purchase into upcoming privatised companies or any managed funds of there own choosing. The Czech state lost it's majority shareholding and control of OKD before 1998!. There are many in my opinion current Czech politicians that are playing a game of deceiving there own Czech People. Why you ask, Please ask your self and also the media ask your politicians that represent and work for the Czech Peoples interests and not there own pockets. Why is Zdeněk Bakala living in his Switzerland Mansion on lake Geneva living like a King, smoking his lavish cigars smirking at our misfortune. Answer: We all know he stole from the Czech People and shareholders an estimated 2 or even 6+ billion euro. He damaged, cheated, swindled, and destroyed so many peoples life’s and companies . He was incompetent how he ran OKD/NWR my evidence and emails and much more will help prove this fact especially if the regulators are allowed to take legal actions through Courts. Why are the Czech Politicians launching one commission after another. And why an expensive Court case that’s now before the Prague 2 Court that’s only in regards to OKD privatisation of the governments minority shareholding back in 2004. Why are Czech Politicians in denial that this Court case in regards to 2004 is almost useless. Because the Czech Government sold the peoples majority shareholding of OKD prior to1998 . Also please remember that OKD had over 100,000 employees back in 1990 . Fact's do show that coal prices where very low in the 90s. And all coal mines do use very expensive machinery that must be bought and used to mine coal. So I would make an assumption that OKD was most likely losing money or making a small profit in the 1990s.

My email from The European Ombudsman confirmed what I thought was true on the 25th of August 2017. Regulators can not take any actions due to the current Court cases in regards to OKD. Both the Prague 2 Court case about the 2004 minority 44.88% privatisation.( Which I am sure the Facts about coal prices going up after Q2 2014 will prove the buyer was just lucky). Ostrava insolvency Court case in regards to OKD. Well we all know OKD is not bankrupt any more and the insolvency must be annulled. Please ask your self can you ever believe or trust the words and or actions, sorry I mean inactions of a politician. Answer: No, but that’s my opinion. And hopefully bring shame to those who have wronged, cheated, deceived, used misinformation, treachery and thievery against us the minority shareholders of New World Resources. But when will the lies ever stop being told by so many nameless people who should really know better. The most important email we all want to see is now available and for the whole world to see. My own email with confirmation it was received and passed on to New World Resources Management on the 28 November 2015 and as you can read in simple English and common sense I asked management to sell the massive coal stockpile!. Also important that the Australian Government gave $60,000,000 in deferring pay roll tax for 3 years to a related Steel producer listed here on the Australian Stock exchange:

I personally have major doubts about AHG Group buying NWR/OKD as an investment then a few month's later putting the company into bankruptcy. It appears AHG Group was beyond stupid in it's actions but do we know the full story???...

17 January 2017 my letter with our petition signatures sent to OKD management . Management always refuses to return an answer. Such contempt towards minority shareholders. So why was Paskov closed down when we the the minority shareholders where against the idea as written in my email. And a message to the Czech media this is not personally aimed at anyone but I feel your been controlled. This is my own opinion. But I am very sure that many Czech politicians in the past are the real reason why OKD was sold . And many Czech Government politicians back in the day authorised and participated in the sale of OKD in period prior to 1998, and 2004. Why are they all not on trial?. Also lastly, I have put a lot of my own personal information and emails up on the internet to let the whole world some see most of my evidence. Please a little about myself, I am not a coal expert and I have never ever worked in any coal related industry. So if I can learn then a director can learn too. So please the alleged Czech Politicians show us and the World how you priced the coal in the OKD sale of 2004 and in the past 1990s when coal prices where very low. Even better I wish that many Czech Politicians would stop making false and misleading comments that OKD is still bankrupt. We all know even the Czech people know OKD has been making massive profits since the third quarter of 2016 (Q3 2016) and is still in a very lucky golden age due to China. And sorry I can not understand why so many nameless people want to have a closing down sale for OKD, just like Paskov. Pity you don't care more for those coal miners and there families future around Ostrava.
