I also told NWR/OKD that the company owned massive 747,000 tonne coal stock pile must be sold. (Incompetence). Note also in 2014 many analysts at many company report presentations asked NWR representatives so many times when they propose to sell their coal stock pile. Management are alleged incompetent because they would not sell this coal. The email has a verified confirmation that is was received and passed on to management at NWR/OKD. But I am very confused because the Czech Government sold it's minority shareholding of OKD in 2004 and the market valued OKD at the time at 370 million Euro???. - And coking coal at the time in 2004 was selling at 46usd a tonne until 30th March 2004. After many days and nights of intense thinking and great reluctance. I sent our petition names to the Czech Courts. I am sorry but European Commission wants the Czech courts to handle the case. And I do personally fear for some of my Czech friends and any form of retribution. I wish, hope and pray that the District Court in Prague 2 will ensure something is done about getting prime justice served on Bakala!. And the return of OKD to communism where everything is a state asset STOPPED!. ( 26 Nov 2017 Ostrava insolvency Court okd complaint.) I have also sent both Court's letters including the Prague court lettes as evidence and a complaint to the Ostrava Insolvency Court!. I do hope the Czech Courts ensure and do what is right based on facts and truth and get the alleged criminal Bakala, AHG Group and directors. My opinion. Also I sent another letter to the European Commission on the 26 Nov 2017. As promised I am going to start releasing my own personal emails. I will censor my private details. And bring hopefully shame to those who think they have a legal right to lie, cheat, plunder and use thievery against us the minority shareholders of New World resources!. Part 7 The decision that the debtor is not bankrupt § 158.- OKD is not bankrupt because it's solvent and making massive profits since Q3 2016!. Part 8 Cancellation of bankruptcy § 308- Why after 1 year and almost 7 month's does this game of inaction continue?. Please how can OKD be bankrupt in 2016/17??. OKD was not bankrupt in 2004 when coking coal was at 46/58usd or less and thermal coal was in the 40+ usd range!. Please we all know the truth!!. It's very simple maths Under which conditions may set-offs be invoked? Czech insolvency laws. Under which conditions may set-offs be invoked? . As a rule of thumb, if parties have the same types of claims against one other, either may notify the other party that they are setting off their claim against the counterpart’s. - This is Citi-bank suing OKD for debts. And Lee Louda suing them back!. A game of inaction and stale mate!. And stopping the regulators from taking any actions in my alleged unqualified opinion. Section 382 Informing the supervisory authority and the public Section 379 (1) (a) the supervisory authorities of all the Member States of the European Union and of all other States forming the European Economic Area before publication of the bankruptcy order and bankruptcy proceedings in the insolvency register. ------------------------------------------------------------------- I am not telling you the minority shareholders of NWR and to the media. Because I am not legally qualified so once again I am warning you this is my opinion and it could be wrong. But I am confident that you will find the regulators CNB, UK FCA, ESMA can not freeze or take control of Bakala assets. Or lay any criminal charges for any alleged crimes in regards to OKD and New World Resources. Because of the current inactions, counter suing at the Czech Courts especially the insolvency Court in Ostrava. It's stopping the legal process that the regulators must take before any actions for alleged crimes. Bet you didn’t know that!!!. So if you want to catch Bakala, you know what must be done urgently!!!. Questions need to be asked?. So why is OKD Bankrupt??. Its no longer possible. Because we all know that OKD is and has been making massive profits since Q3 2016. Why have the Czech Courts not done debt relief it's in Czech Insolvency laws. The reorganised plan closed down Paskov, and still has a closing down sale of the 3 other highly profitable mostly coking coal mines. The bankruptcy, closing down sale must be stopped and annulled. Is AHG group and Citi- Bank in league with Czech Government?. I do not know possible??. In my opinion AHG Group and Citi-Bank must be investigated for alleged criminal actions against NWR/OKD. Please the Czech Government I do not blame you at this time . I can only wish the Czech Government would some how buy out or take over the AHG Group/Citi-banks share/Bond holding. We the minority shareholders would be happy to welcome you back!. Czech Regulator CNB get ready to freeze Bakala assets. Or more inaction just my opinion??. Sorry my apologies, CNB Regulator please use the laws below on Zdeněk Bakala, AHG Group and all former directors of New World Resources.
