As per the reached agreement overseen by the Land & Environment Court, we need Port Stephens council to ensure the owner improves the site.
The Resort owner is required to:
• Install hay bales along the driveway at Gan Gan Road by the mid-  March. Non complaint to date
• Remove all visible graffiti within and install sediment control fencing by mid-March. Non-compliant to date
• Plant trees along the road by July.
• Remove derelict buildings and shipping containers from the site by July 31, 2020 or relocate them to an identified less-visible part of the resort site.
