Eyesore- Anna Bay

Following a Section 34 meeting between the owner of Anna Bay Resort, Council officers, and a commissioner of the Land and Environment Court, an agreement was
reached and court orders were made to address the dilapidated state of the site.
The orders require, amongst other things, installation of additional sediment control measures, graffiti removal (visible from the road), additional landscape planting along the road frontages and the relocation of identified derelict buildings from the perimeter
of the site. The orders require works to be completed by 31 July 2020.
