We the residents of IGCA want the contract with FSR property management company as well as the landscaping company currently under contract to be terminated. We ask that an active request for proposal begins and that the main criteria is to save money and improve service. We have suffered from sub par service from both vendors at exorbitant cost!

the livelihood of residents is the main priority and monthly COA fees are out of control and need to be brought back down. 

Insurance also needs to be looked at vigilantly and needs to be lowered as well!

We the residents want this to be done as quickly and as efficiently as possible by the board.
