When a government becomes destructive of the powers bestowed upon them, and so abusing these powers in a manner which results in the oppression, deaths, or affects the general Welfare of the people, whom the Consent to be governed originates from, it's of utmost importance to Unite in a peaceable manner, and file for redress of grievances; it is pertinent to hold recall elections. Furthermore, as it's unlikely for guilty parties to find themselves in guilt, We the People are obligated, as one of the last lines of defense against an overreaching tyrannical government, to revoke our Consent to be governed by the current government. To instill order and lawfulness, emergency elections shall be held, available for all citizens to run, in which the winner will be chosen by nothing more than the votes of the people. Investigations should follow, and any criminality within the government or all guilty parties i.e. donors, political establishments will be prosecuted, no Pardons shall be given. All unconstitutional acts, statutes, entities, etc shall immediately be disbanded. We the People, do hereby revoke our authorization to be governed by current Representatives and order the immediate discontinuation of the unlawful governance of our great Nation. To those entrusted with positions of consented governance, We hereby petition you to uphold your Constitutional obligation and American obligation, to initiate the process in which powers of governance will be restored to the people, and never will there be governance detrimental to We the People.
