If it happen in a country like Mexico why not in India and most importantly in Capital city New Delhi...Vertical Gardens in Metro Pillar instead of advertisement...brilliant idea to produce more Oxygen and filter more & more poisonous gases. With PPP model these vertical gardens can save more life and give more healthy air than anything else.
