Humble submission is that-

More than 4 millions people of Assam are dropped out from the final draft NRC published on 30.07.2018. Amongst them, there are millions of genuine Indians who have submitted legally valid documents to prove their Indian citizenship. Despite such legal entitlements, their names are not included in the draft NRC due to unknown reasons. It's gross violation of Fundamental Right (Right to Equality) guaranteed under Article 14 of the Constitution of India. Although it's asured to provide opportunity to claims and objections for such insertion, however there is very much possibility to politically harass those peoples in the name of suspected foreigners who are basically religious and linguistic minority in the State. It's therefore most desirable to interfere with the matter positively by the Honorable Prime Minister and the Minister of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, so that the names of those genuine Indians be included in the final NRC of Assam without any further harassment in any manner.
