Earlier this month our amazing principal was placed on a "temporary leave" from our school unjustly.  Mr T is the most amazing,caring principal and person that I have ever known.  He has always been extremely active in educating our children on Anti bullying, and respect for others.  He makes sure that everyone at Polk St feels safe and welcome.  Mr T is not only an amazing principal  but MR T is the foundation of Polk Street. I have never met an administrator and/or teacher who has sooo much energy and positive impact on our kids. The way MR T is with our children is second to none.  From somehow knowing every childs name, to always helping children in need this man goes above and beyond for the students.  Always with a welcoming smile he engages with all aspects of our childrens education and makes learning fun.  
 We have been left with a huge void and need him back immediately.  Dr Bloom and the district have been unable to provide any answers and our children and parents are devastated.   We deserve answers!

Mr  Torossian has always stood for the Polk Street family. Now, we need to stand for him. Lets keep our voices heard- strength in numbers!  Next meeting April 16th. I strongly encourage you to come to the meeting and offer your voice.  I also encourage you to contact Dr. Bloom the Superintendent of Schools and let him know your personal feelings of support for Mr. Torossian his reputation speaks loudly.
