DerrickHorne.No DNA evidence, not one positive identification in these crimes bought against him, No finger prints was found of Derrick.  Derrick did not receive a fair trail  for the crimes he did not commit. The lack of investigation done by the Detectives and the laziness of the prosecution Derrick is being held hostage 

    Derrick Horne is now 39yrs old and has been stripped away from his family and friends and held captive for 20yrs now. While in incarcerateared Derrick have completed several different programs.,Thinking For A Change, Before & After, Positive Psychology Group Therapy For Long Term Incarceration ,just to name a few. Derrick received his GED and he's enrolled in educational trade program for Painting and Drywall now, Derrick has maintain a job for 7yrs at his current facility.

Derrick have been looking forward to coming home and becoming a productive  citizen he have several job opportunities with family and friends.  Derrick is a proud father that's  waiting to come home and shower to his children  with so much love.The kids that he misses more than anything.This tragedy can happen to anyone family member were there are wrongfully convicted for a crime they didn't commit.  Derrick Horne this innocent man, has suffered enough.
