The Issue
Hello here is our story,
STRIPE ACCOUNT : "account ID: acct_1OoOG4Kdlj6EAj9u"
We're rallying against Stripe's actions, which seem designed to frustrate small business owners like ourselves. Our objective is clear: we demand the reinstatement of our account on STRIPE.COM!
STRIPE.COM block our account despite completing all necessary task!
Due to this action we have been impacted in sales whilst running advertisement, we are shorthanded right now because we also rely on BNPL.
Most importantly a Small business trying to take off is being impacted.
Most small businesses never gets a chance or a voice to kick off before being shut down by stripe.

Before boarding, I reached out to a Stripe sales representative named "John" for assistance. He guided me through the sales quote process to onboarding, displaying exceptional skill in his role.
Upon completing onboarding, we processed a sale, only to receive a notification from Stripe citing "unauthorized charges." However, this claim was unfounded, as evidenced by the invoice and customer communication we promptly provided. Our account was swiftly restored, confirmed by Stripe's support representative " ," with a screenshot verifying the resolution.
Subsequently, we implemented Stripe's "radar" feature and customized numerous fraud prevention rules.
After five successful payments, we encountered the same error message regarding unauthorized charges. Despite our legitimate business status, Stripe suspended our account, citing the need for further review.
Following a timeline of events:
Friday, March 1st, 2024: Deborah reassured us via email that our account had been reactivated after a thorough review BUT after 5 payments the error came back again.
As seen in the screenshot, our customers confirmed they in-fact made the purchase, plus we already completed the process required initially.
As a reputable business with a track record of positive online reviews across multiple platforms and no history of fraudulent activity, we urge Stripe to rectify this issue promptly. As a burgeoning startup, restoring our account is crucial to our success. We invite you to support our cause by signing this petition to expedite the resolution.
