History and Why We Need You! 

Maple Valley Materials is renewing its 20-year-old gravel mining petition (never have they mined) and requesting a Concrete Ready-Mix plant be added. 

Let me speak plainly about what we are facing: this operation will run from 7 am-7 pm, Monday through Saturday, with heavy construction and cement trucks passing every 6 minutes. This isn't just about occasional disturbance, it's about constant industrial NOISE that will fundamentally change our residential community. Not to mention the potential to drawdown our wells and pond water with the HIGH potential for contamination in our Sensitive Aquifer Recharging Area!! 

This operation will transform our peaceful residential area into an industrial zone, with noise levels far EXCEEDING what's considered safe for residential areas!
