My name, you don't need to know. My hunger, your hunger, our hunger needs attention. As a singular descendant from the motherland, the Irn Bru blood soars through me and even with this, I've never felt quite complete. 

Through conversations with fellow descendants of the motherland, it was brought to my attention that we here in Melbourne, Australia, are lacking in a very critical market. Yes, I agree, we have some of the best foods in the entire universe but what don't we have? That's right.. GREGGS. Now that you know why I've taken the time to construct this handwritten petition, it's come to my attention that all U.K expats that call this great country a home, ARE affected. 

Given the current cost of living crisis in Australia, I feel like this a step in the right direction to repair the damage being done by inflation and higher taxes. Nation wide hunger is on the rise, and I damn well know I'm not for it. No longer will the average income earner have to choose between underwear and dinner on the table. Which would you choose? Obviously food.

Tradies, what's worse than 7/11 running out of sausage rolls and the popular sandwiches costing you an arm and leg? That's right, there's nothing worse... NOTHING. 

That scenario is only a scenario IF we have GREGGS.

In conclusion, introducing GREGGS Convenience stores to Melbourne, this would offer a diverse and affordable dining option, create jobs, and align with the city's focus on sustainability and it's love for diverse culinary experiences. This move could cater to the diverse tastes and needs of Melbourne's residence and visitors while potentially opening doors for further expansion in Australia.
