What is going on in society is causing many people upset, unrest and mental and physical health problems. We are concerned about where we, as a nation, are headed. We're tired of seeing escalating violence and suffering, especially as it relates women, children and the elderly. These issues hit close to home. They affect every citizen in one way or another.

Our society faces numerous challenges that are causing widespread distress. Our well being is at stake. From mass shootings to individual random attacks, from domestic violence to school and work safety, from rising mental health issues to rising costs, from drug trafficking to human trafficking, these problems affect us all.

We need a platform where our voices can be heard and solutions can be discussed openly. A national Town Hall event, simultaneously aired on every TV and radio channel, would provide an opportunity for citizens from all walks of life to come together and address what ails our society.
