We, the undersigned residents of this neighborhood, respectfully submit this petition to address an ongoing concern regarding excessive noise caused by loud music.

Over a period of time, music played at high volumes—particularly during early mornings, afternoon and nighttime hours—has disrupted the peace, comfort, and well-being of nearby residents. This has impacted our ability to sleep, work, and enjoy our homes.

We kindly request that the individual(s) responsible take immediate steps to reduce noise levels and be mindful of the surrounding community. Specifically, we ask that:

Music volume be kept at a reasonable level at all times
Quiet hours (typically after 10:00 PM) be respected
Consideration be shown for neighbors in close proximity
Our goal is to resolve this matter amicably and maintain a respectful, peaceful living environment for everyone in the neighborhood.

If the issue continues, we may be forced to pursue further action in accordance with local noise ordinances.
