Raider Nation as a whole has been plagued by poor defensive play callers and Paul Guenther has had 3 years of terrible play calling with no signs of improvement. The time is now to create a defense that can stop someone from scoring in less than a minute. We need someone who isn’t afraid to disguise blitzes and create confusing looks for opposing QBs. At this point anyone would be better.
