We demand Hawaii immediately require a mini-quarantine and mandatory 2nd test for visitors
The Issue
For the health of visitors and residents, and for the health of Hawaii’s economy, it is so important that Hawaii be safely open to tourism!
The only thing that could shut us down is if a spike in cases stops us.
A dramatic spike is scientifically certain if we continue to only ask for one test.
Its not easy, but we have to DO THE WORK to reopen Hawaii in a sustainable way!
We have to choose to accept that this is not 2019, and we do have to accommodate for COVID, otherwise our sacrifices will be chosen for us.
We need (at least) a mini-quarantine of a few days followed by a second-test, before anyone may join the general population. This is plainly an unbiased science-based fact.
It is what we can, and must do!
