In the last month alone, My fellow residents from Bagacay have suffered almost a month of interruptions in water supply, including almost straight one week without water in the midst of extreme hot sunny days wherein mostly all people need water. Interruptions to supply recur frequently and without any warning, causing inconvenience to many, and stress for more vulnerable residents. 

Since this issue is increasingly having an impact on all Bagacay residents, barangay officials must pay notice and respond as soon as possible. May there be prompt action taken to alleviate home duties during this summer when people need water more and to ensure that businesses and livelihoods that are impacted by the scarcity have a sufficient supply of water. And if this shortage persists, the populace will struggle harder to go about their daily lives and develop a variety of ailments brought on by the heat and the lack of access to clean water for bathing and cleaning the house.

We are calling the attention of our dearest Barangay officials to meet with the local community to explain why frequent interruptions to supply are recurring, what compensation is being offered to residents, and what remediation plans are in place to ensure we can drink, bathe and keep our houses clean. 

We demand for enough supply of clean and safe waters now!
