If you’ve used the washing or drying machines at BJB Properties 4100 N. Marine Dr. building, you’ve likely had an awful experience. 

Have your clothes been completely damaged? Have you been overcharged significantly from using the machines? Do you find yourself having to pay several times on one machine for your clothes to dry? Have you tried filing claims with CSC (the laundry vendor) only to receive no financial compensation for damages / overcharge fees? 

SIGN THIS PETITION to hold BJB accountable to replace the machines, refund tenants for damages, and MAKE ACCESS TO THE LAUNDRY FACILITIES FREE until the machines can be replaced. 

We the residents are tired of being overcharged for subpar services. We demand action. And we demand it now.
