We know nothing will bring our son back but we won't stop fighting for justice!!!!!! We were told that they are not charging the suspect that killed our son and that it won't be justified but yet he's not being charged. Too many questions unanswered..first of all DA told us that Chris pretty much didn't have much to do with what happened earlier that day between that family. It was a family dispute among themselves and my understanding is that is what they do. They drink, fight, and then make up so it was hours after the fact that our son went to drop his friend off when the father and son started arguing and my son gets shot just like that. He didn't shoot his son or brother but our son, and killed him for no reason.

The media's portrayal of our son could not be further from the truth and yes I'm talking about WFMZ and READING EAGLE...The suspect never called police to notify that he had shot our son, and they found out after our son's arrival to hospital. Also authorities had to wait for shooter to sober up to take his statement because he was too intoxicated! So therefore a convicted felon was intoxicated and in possession of his girlfriends gun. Our son was never identified , why didn't police at the scene of a shooting never contact family or identify Chris when he had his wallet with all his ID cards. Then our son was bagged and taken to the morgue and that's all it was like he didn't have any family. 13 hours later my husband took it upon himself to go to the hospital and check to find out what happened. He had to go in and ID the body of our son ... The most horrific day ever for any parent and the last thing a parent would want to do ..

We are totally sickened by the way the system has handled this tragedy ...To the media and whomever is backing him up, obviously he has no remorse for his actions . Our son had a future, a son, and family and friends who loved him dearly and he took that from all of us. We need a full investigation and we will not rest until that man takes responsibility for all the damage he has done. Our lives are destroyed forever.. God only knows how much I pray. I've always been a woman of faith and I know in my heart he will provide...
