The boys lacrosse program has continued to grow each year and with close to 75 boys participating at Wayne Valley, there is a real need for a board approved coach at the Freshman level.  Right now, WV boys lacrosse only has 2 paid/approved coaches - one for JV and one for Varsity.  It is very difficult, if not impossible, to manage that many kids safely with only 2 coaches. In order to safely and effectively run practices, coach and chaperone home and away games for each team and allow more kids to participate, we need an additional coach.  With 2 coaches, we are almost forced to combine JV and Freshman which limits the number of students that make the team and prevents us from being able to commit to a Freshman game schedule.
