Seeing to the fact that COVID-19 cases are on the rise, we are urging Wayne State to convert labs to strictly online. We are not only risking our lives, but everyone else around us, including our loved ones. Comparing the statistics of today's cases to the beginning of the pandemic, we believe it is absolutely necessary to limit contact as much as possible. Attending in person labs is leading to additional, unnecessary stress for students. Not only do we have to stress about school work, but must also fear getting COVID-19 virus from attending lab. With that said, if labs are strictly online, students will be able to shift their focus to learning without stressing over the pandemic.
