After we helped defeat obstructive amendments by Sens. Lindsay Graham and James Inhofe, Republicans are back again and are still trying to stop the trials of Guantanamo Bay detainees in the U.S.

This time it's Congressman Pete Hoekstra and Minority House Leader John Boehner with the re-emergence of their "Keep Terrorist Out of America Act." Yet another stall tactic dressed up as legislation, the bill would disallow any detainee transfer to the United States.

They're hoping to succeed where the Graham and Inhofe Amendments failed, working to get enough signature to bring the measure to a vote on the House floor.

But you stopped them before! Together we can stop them again.
