Public Hearing Notice – Zoning Change
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a recommendation for a zoning change application at their meeting on August 7, 2018 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chamber at Watauga City Hall, 7105 Whitley Road. The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider this zoning change application at their meeting of August 20, 2018 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chamber at Watauga City Hall, 7105 Whitley Road.

Planning and Zoning Case Z-18-03: An application has been received by the City of Watauga for a zoning change request from SF-6 (Single Family – 6,000 square foot lots), and LB (Local Business) to PD (Planned Development) for Hightower Commons, a proposed mixed use project on properties located at the southeast corner of Hightower Drive and Whitley Road and, on the north and south sides of Hightower Drive, east of Quail Run and west of Echo Hill Drive. Lauren Partovi/Sunscope Development, applicant. Zaghoul A N, Shiber E L, Don Valk, Victor Adoue, Ibrahim Spidari Khan, M Khan Family LP, owners.
