Make the Television and Film Industries Observe Copyright Law while enforcing it.
The Issue
Since there are people entering the film and television industry we ask that film and television observe U.S. Copyright laws for works created after March 1st, 1989 and to respect the works being created or pay a fine for copyright theft or perjury.
If film and television can't obey the U.S. copyright laws, they must pay a stiff fine for not observing the copyright laws after that date, and while we shall take care of the rest of the works, we've written while we are observing both the rules.
If people write works for film by the writers and not the studios, the work belongs to us not per-jurists.
This also involves the issue with Star Trek Axanar.
Copyright is a beneficial law in knowing which laws in creativity is broken.
