Just look look at that face. Willem Dafoe is the man. Joaquin Phoenix was phenomenal as the joker but as everybody knows, he does not believe in the shared nature of a movie so it's obvious that he might not return to play the role of joker in another Joker/Batman film. So let me get this straight, cast Willem Dafoe against Robert pattinson as the new joker in matt Reeves new  Batman film. While it's obvious that he may not play the character in this film, a post credit scene with Dafoe as the joker is all we're asking for. As we've seen in the Lighthouse (2019), Pattinson and Dafoe are destined to play Batman and Joker facing off against each other.
