This petition is to hope for a sequel to Where The Wild Things Are movie someday. As you may all know is that we know that the movie is based on the storybook written & made by Maurice Sendak, who made the story many years ago & it talks about on how a young boy named Max who wears his wolf suit & was sent to bed without anything, sails on a boat that took him to the island of the Wild Things & becomes king of all Wild Things & declares a Wild Rumpus.

Plus, there's an opera of Where The Wild Things Are, a ballet of Where The Wild Things Are, also a video game of Where The Wild Things Are as well, in case if you haven't noticed. 

As for the movie, it was directed by Spike Jonze, who made the storybook to life & also it has amazing actors that we all know, like Max Records, Catherine Kenner, Mark Ruffalo, James Gandolfini, Lauren Ambrose, Chris Cooper, Forest Whitaker, Catherine O'Hara, Paul Dano & Michael Berry Jr. They're amazing cast to play their characters & the movie is amazing like we want to howl with the Wild Things during a Wild Rumpus & having a Dirt Clod War as well. 

Anyway, to know what I think for a sequel to Where The Wild Things Are is...I do imagine Max talks to his mom & sister about where he went to see the Wild Things up close & also talks about the Wild Things as well, maybe Max could go to the island of the Wild Things & see the Wild Things for the second time & maybe Max could talk to the Wild Things all about where he's from, his family, maybe Max & the Wild Things could have amazing adventures, maybe Max's mom & sister could also meet the Wild Things: Carol, KW, Judith, Ira, Alexander, Douglas & Bull as well. 

The reason why I think for a sequel is because in the movie of Where The Wild Things Are after Max left the island of the Wild Things while the Wild Things were howling at him, I noticed that Max was smiling at the Wild Things, as if he's making a promise...a real promise to the Wild Things that he will come back & see the Wild Things again someday soon. And I bet that Max will say good things about them as well if he talks to his mom & his sister on how he met the Wild Things for the first time as well. And I also bet a sequel to Where The Wild Things Are could be a special dedication to Maurice Sendak, who died from a stroke back in May 2012 & also to James Gandolfini, who died from a heart attack back in June 2013, it's just to honor them both in their memories.
