The 2011 reboot of ThunderCats is a TV series that had a lot potential, but it was unfairly cancelled in 2012 - almost a year after its first debut on television, in fact - due to the lack of good toy sales and merchandise, much like how Young Justice was cancelled in 2013.

However, Young Justice was revived and got its long-awaited and wanted third season, by having it debut on the streaming service known as DC Universe in January 2019. This way, the series could continue without the worry connected to merchandise sales.

I believe that, even after almost a decade since its cancelation, the 2011 reboot of ThunderCats should receive the same kind of treatment and production. Warner Bros. Animation has already made an amazing animated series for Netflix based on Dr. Seuss' Green Eggs & Ham, without the worry about merchandise sales as well. Therefore, I think that Warner Bros. Animation could do the same for ThunderCats (2011).

If the series were to be revived and continued on Netflix, or at the very least something like HBO Max, the series' production team and even Warner Bros. would not have to worry about meeting franchise sales in addition to meeting production dates. Granted, all of this would only happen a fair amount of time after the current rebooted series, ThunderCats Roar, has concluded as a TV series. However, I do feel confident that Warner Bros. is willing to listen to all current and die-hard fans of the ThunderCats franchise on this proposed idea.
