Back in 2017, the movie Justice League was released in theaters and, at the time, fans were eager to see the future of the Justice League in the DCEU. Unfortunatelly, the production was struck by a tragedy in Zack Snyder's personal life, wich made him leave the project. Just as Zack left, the movie was hugely meddled by Geoff Johns and Joss Wedon, who came and rewrote several pages of the script as well demanded extensive reshoots, while crediting Zack Snyder for all the mess. The result? A soulless movie, with terrible cgi, weak dialogues, full of forced jokes, a confuse narrative leading nowhere, a disregard for the bigger threat of Darkseid's invasion in the DCEU, first hinted in Batman v Superman, and finally, a box-office flop. The movie was an deliberate act of vandalism, since Johns and Whedon came in and abused the cast, until the release in theaters, where the whole world saw its heroes diminished to a joke. This fulled a campaign from the DCEU fans to see the true League in action, just how it should've been in 2017. This passionate campaign led to the release of Zack Snyder's Justice League, the Snyder Cut and it took the world by storm, being a 'global phenomenon' as stated by Priya Dogra, the Head of Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA, thus breaking several records all around the world in multiple streaming plaforms including HBO Max, as well in physical media sales. This shows just how much investment the fans are willing to do for the stories that elevate their beloved characters as well as the genre as a whole. Warner Bros Discovery should listen to their costumers demands and release the true Justice League movie in theaters, just as it should've been in 2017, this would be a huge investment that will show return from the fans, since this movie is so beloved all around the world.
