Ms. Wanetta Gibson was awarded a $1.5 million settelment by the Long Beach school district after accusing Brian Banks of rape nearly 10 years ago when they were both students at Long Beach Poly High School. Ms. Gibson lied about the rape. Banks served five years in prison for the alleged rape and now his conviction has been dismissed.

In a time of severe budget cuts in the state of California, the students of Long Beach need all the funds they can get to help support their district. Ms. Gibson needs to return the money and face prosectuion for all that she has done wrong.
