More than often us hobbyists go to Walmart and see terrible conditions of the fish being sold there. Whether its the bettas in cups that don't get daily water changes, or the fish being sold with wrong information, or fish being housed with fish they shouldn't; We the hobbyists do not want to see these fish being stored inhumanely. There needs to be a change.
