Glenolden Walmart is selling fish that are practically dead. The fish that come in, are fine as we know of, but Walmart cannot manage around the clock care for these fish. And so they begin to deteriorate. We need to stop this, and stop giving fish the death penalty when they are placed in Walmart's care.
